Brabham was engaged by Cancer Council South Australia to assist with the selection and procurement of a new enterprise wide Customer Relationship Management solution.  In less than 6 weeks Brabham guided and worked with CCSA to conduct a Request for Tender process that saw them purchase thier new CRM solution within the project timeframe.  Brabham was then engaged to Project Manage the implementation of the new CRM across the organisation.
Brabham has worked together with Blastmaster to support their Salesforce environment and integrate with their financial system. They now have a complete view of their customer interactions included sales from within Salesforce.
Boylan is working together with Brabham on their marketing strategy and their legal practice management software Advologix. Boylan can see the many benefits of moving their on premise software and infrastructure into the cloud to reduce their heavy expenditure on IT infrastructure.
Brabham worked with RiAUS to devise thier membership management structure and to configure their Salesforce environment to their specific membership requirements. They are now able to see all the communications they have had with their members in one consolidated view.
Brabham have worked with Tecstone to ensure they have a fully integrated Salesforce and financial environment. This has vastly improved their customer relationship management, improving the visibility into customer interactions with Tecstone and reporting capabilities for the executive team.
Brabham have worked with Terrain to assist them with a Salesforce review, transforming the way they use their CRM to automate a number of sales processes within the organisation.
Brabham worked with Eldercare on the implementation of the Telstra TSuite solution.  We worked with key Eldercare staff to transition over 150 staff from on on premise email system to the TSuite Microsoft Exchange solution.  A highly efficient and successful technology migration.
Brabham has enjoyed a long term relationship with CITB that has included the oversight of their major technology re-development project for managing Construction Training Programs and the collection and administration of the Building and Construction Levy.
Brabham has worked with VITS Language Link (VITS) to provide a number of business and technology services.  This includes consulting services for the selection of a new Call Centre Management solution and the development of a Business Technology Roadmap that provides the organisation with a clear path for the use of technology for the next 3 years.
Brabham have worked with Wellness & Lifestyles through their business systems improvement strategy which included the implementation of NetSuite by Brabham into their organisation. Wellness now has a completely integrated system with vast improvements in their internal processes and have greater efficiencies and reporting capabilities.
Brabham have worked with Not for Profit Accounting Specialists to formulate their business systems improvement strategy.

TWUSUPER have engaged Brabham to assist them with their new Online Strategy.  The first stage has included the Project Management of the selection and procurement of a new Web Content Management Solution.  We are now working with TWUSUPER on the first release of their new online presence.
